No referral is required for private physiotherapy appointments. If you're using WorkCover, CTP, DVA or an EPC/Medicare plan, please provide your referral or claim details when booking.
Your first visit includes a thorough assessment of your condition, discussion of history and goals, and an initial treatment plan. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and arrive 10 minutes early for any paperwork.
Wear loose, comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. For Pilates, socks with grips are recommended. Ensure the treatment area (e.g. shoulders, knees) is easily accessible.
We accept all major private health funds. We are an HCF Preferred Provider with on-site HICAPS for instant claims. We also handle claims for Medicare EPC, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, and DVA.
Yes, parking is available on Morgan Street council carpark. Street parking is also on Kingsgrove Road. See our Parking page for full details.

Yes, HCF extras members are eligible for one no-gap physiotherapy consultation per year through the "More for Muscles" programme. Please mention this when booking your appointment.
Initial consultations usually last 45-60 minutes, while follow-up sessions are typically 30-45 minutes. Specialised treatments like Pilates may have different durations.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, cash, and direct bank transfers. We also have HICAPS facilities for immediate private health fund claims.
